No idea Lucretious but there has been some buying interest on low vol for a couple of weeks now & this is a nice little spike on a bit more vol.
It has broken above that high 2's & also the 3c resistance on a little volume with no gap. 20 day SMA has crossed 50 day SMA so that is often a good start.
Hopefully it can hold above & slowly move to try getting past that 4c resistance but it needs some fundamental good news on INCOME to do much, hopefully that is what is about to happen, it's just that 'we' have not heard about it 'yet'Maybe a big printing contract or a machine sale/s. The machine sales must be getting close.
