Hard to know. I know they raised a feeble amount recently, but history makes me think this is a little pump. However, the volumes on the buy side (which could be fake) and the buying makes me think there is maybe some progress about to be announced. There are potentially some newsflow events near term with things they have talked about that are going on in the background.
