All comes back to the guys who did the raise I believe....thy just keep doing this where they put stock into the hands of retail bunnies that have sophisticated certificates and they just dump it
They got away with this in 2022 but 2023 has been a bad year for them I would say many of these guys have been burnt
I don't think this model is sustainable any longer where options are given to buffer the deal and then the head stock is just dumped - and without news it just washes out at a lower price as there is no volume to adsorb this selling
