You like to bring up PYC, PYC did a $70 million raise to all holders 1 for 4 entitlement, was done very quickly( didn't drag out like you cluelessly said) and the SP hasn't fallen below the raise price plenty went to retail and with all those "Macro events" but but but how has it stayed above the cap raise with those terrible retail getting some.
Btw the PYC 8 cent raise was done with a 5% discount and no options. $13 million went to retail holders.
