Forgetting the huge discount, as opposed to a 5% discount with PYC, ALA was trading around 15 cents and was pushed down prior to the nice sweetheart deal. Blind Freddy but not Uttsy can see which deal was superior for all shareholders and the SP.
Fact is Retail took up $13 million in PYC that's still more than this raise without the options.
Plenty went through at 10.5 cents this morning.
