Good article by Chen Lin (5 miners that Chen Lin expects to buck the Trend) on Resource Investor.com where he gives a good rap for Alacer and his reasons why he rates it. He reckons its very undervalued and I agree. Plenty of opportunities to deploy cash, but the opportunity has to fit in with Alacer's longer term goals and be priced right, otherwise Copler offers plenty of upside alone. A 2-3 million ounce discovery here in Australia would not go astray, either. Success in exploration would really add value if indeed we find a buyer and sell the Oz assets. This stock is cheap now if not owned and we do need another acquisition if this asset sale occurs. This is one time I would sacrifice a dividend if we got the right deal at a knockdown price and my dividend helped to grow this company's tenements and Au resources. Ag and Cu with it would be a nice top-up.
