Capabilities of directional drilling are a normal part of drilling.if budget drilling in wa based land into ocean drilling can manage it then I’m sure that one of the world leading drill company’s has both capabilities and know how to put the drill bit within meters of wher it is desirable. Let alone all the apparatus to do the job.
