Well, if rates are a duster then sure. Probably won't go well. But all evidence points to pressure being super high, oil continuously trying to flow under its own steam. All bullish indicators, so yeah, "if it's a duster" then sure.
Its like going to any ASX stock, if they don't hit anything the price will go down.
