I still don’t understand why they couldn’t test Alameda in A1. I find it hard to accept the open hole liner wasn’t of appropriate design. They had the BOP. They’d plugged Marti with 250m of cement. Block 9 is a shitshow. A1, A2 and A3. Two years on and looking like a pack of idiots. Please explain
