Hopefully we can start to see some AP discussion about development plans for Alameda.
Multiple shallow wells into the Upper Shelf, trucking to oil refinery and cash flow funded deeper wells with them connected directly via pipeline to either the refinery or an export terminal (or both).
Given Cuba's economic situation I'm sure they will be keen to get the ball rolling also.
