they will drill this well .hit more oil .put on test.
move rig and redrill top section from first well .
andrew already discussing production procedures with party and gov.
get flows from both wells and truck to refinery .
once they get production for six months or more and everything flows well . run 3d testing over site and put a programme to drill more wells .
if the flows are good they might talk to cuban gov and rig up some pipe line to refinery for some % of the wells revenue .the money earnt will go back into cuba drilling and melbana will continue exploring other prospects .
