Yeh fair call Buncher, thing is spp/ri’s are expensive and time consuming, going cap in hand to retail is never a certainty, this way it’s locked and loaded nice and clean.
Still think 20-30c is easily achievable short term (within 6months), especially given the resource report today, which now gets me thinking we could see $1+ within 12-18monyhs. IMO.
BTW, this will easily do 100mill+ shares on day 1 of the open, so very little overhang/headwind.
