A ridiculous statement.
What I wanted as an existing shareholder was to participate in a Capital Raise/Placement.
I agree a $10 million Placement now may be insignificant, but that doesn't preclude the point that the Placement has gone to an outsider no matter how you want to gloss over that fact.
