Even if it did not flow at all (unlikely) they would still inject steam to make it flow. It will flow though and the water below it will probably push the oil out over the next 35 years. 4000 barrels of oil per day is the record for Cuba I assume so if it beats that it will be impressive. As far as guessing the recovery rate without knowing what they had expected for the wire logs and flow rate, that is beyond me.
