Plus I did say it was a personal opinion based on what I could pin to the company at present via releases and that others may differ...
I only had the company issued guideline to go off and admit to being an imposter here when it comes to the deeper technical stuff & wide knowledge of industry standard variables sorry..
The exercise was to underpin a base intrinsic value that I was happy with as the SP starts to lift.. Hence why I said others may differ as we all discount for risk based on individual tolerance... And also apply potential on a similar risked probability basis..
Official updates indicate strongly that Alameda surely has the potential to excite to the upside and nearly guaranteed as they essentially drilled a Directors special in gold terms.. Its a twinning play.... haha ;-)
Zapato looks good but not quite the same confidence due to the old well pulling up short as AP said.. But essentially another twin... Happy days!
Light oil in a fractured lithology under high pressure obviously flows better but at what rate is speculation at the moment unless anyone knows.. ?
Production Costs are assumed to be fixed, though might have risen since 2017 and we know the company has outlined a desire to start producing around September this year for the benefit of early cashflow.. A nice little hedge to future dilution and a massive derisk going forward worth more than just the $ value alone.
That alone would underpin the current SP valuation even after todays lift... Quite comfortable in that assumption.
I'm a long value investor so happy to let everything else evolve... And for the record am extremely comfortable with my investment as it stands and also where it is going in a relatively short timeframe.. as you should be.. It is a credit to the executive team who have pulled it all together and are now executing on the plan, as planned..
Made the cash I wanted already so where it goes from here is all cream really..
And the glory of a 10x gloat of course hahaha
