Yep. They were already drilling Zapato when Cuba lost 1.2M bbl oil to smoke during tank farm fire in August last year. That was a significant catastrophe. That was if I recall correctly at least 4 of the 6 300,000 barrel tanks wasted. Even if it’s only 3 weeks supply
