Just revisited your post attached which shows how undervalued MAY currently is. With a significant upgrade on the cards post drill of A-2/3 and reserves moving from U (unrisked) to P (proven), conservatively we could be sitting up with the likes of Santos and Origin for total reserves from a single structure. This is also onshore gas, people don’t realise but a lot of the big players such as Woodside’s proven reserves are offshore which means significant outlay and time to get them out of the ground. I don’t think the market has awoken to this beast yet and it won’t fully be reflected until McDaniel’s do the first update to the Amistad reserves (incorporating revised pay and recoverability which could increase MAY's share by 3-4x alone). Let alone Alameda, Marti and the rest of the block which is untouched to date. I would be highly disappointed if a there was a takeover for any less than $1 in the early stages and even that would be a bargain for this behemoth. Thanks for your analysis as it puts MAY into perspective against the rest of the big players on the ASX. Cheers and GLTAH.
