The Million (nay, Billion) dollar question is: will the lower units of Amistad increase the existing reserve estimates? We all know oil is there, so "oil flowing" is nothing to get excited about. The upper unit is actually a tad disappointing (see Flam's comment), so we are still no better off - information wise - that we were 24 hours ago. The only thing we do know is that we haven't lost the drill bit down the hole (and are still drilling); but apart from that, I don't know why everyone is getting so excited (not that I am complaining: its just that "false rallies" are often cannon fodder for traders).
