As it pulled back to 6.1, traders (who may have been cut) restocked, and are now happy to bank some money. IMO in time this will be back above 10 and then move back through 12. Once there is further clarity (about U1B reserve estimates and production), and one the rig moves to A3 (bit of a discussion about A1 first though) this will move into the 20's.
Patience is required. They aren't walking away from this, so just sit tight and it will go up, sure enough.
