Hell of a lot easier and less bloodshed to get oil locally than the Middle East.
I'd imagine this is big news in Havana it might take the months to the new reserves report comes out for the less informed to cotton on but yep upward trajectory from here.
I like using Alameda-1 to get oil happening sooner the earlier they get production going the more self-funded the field development will become and also jobs for Cubans. Money for MAY money means more chance of a re-rate as well at some point who knows when.
