According to this morning's presentation and the new understanding of Unit 3 position, they simply missed U2 altogether. Red circled area (Fault repeat U3) was reported as having no movable HCs. Unit 2 (if this new interpretation is correct) was not tested. There's a question during the webinar on exactly this and they will consider (if conditions allow) testing "actual" Unit 2 while going through it in Alameda3.
