I think AP needs to get Al3 done ASAP to prevent a low ball TO offer getting up. Errol needs to get his homework done for the same reason in addition to the usual. I am sure both are well aware of this, those who come knocking to offer their services won’t all be welcome.
AP is the boss, pays himself handsomely and now much rests on his shoulders. As I have pointed out there are a lot of multifaceted decisions to be made and different opinions even amongst the Mx team as to which is the best way forward.
If AP makes good moves the market will get over its ambivalence over time. The resource looks huge, how closely the SP reflects this depends a great deal on him. Is he a good project manager?
