On the wording of lighter oil ... in Cuba what is defined as an oil that can be refined .. obviously the oil MAY has is heavy ... what is the commercial value of this in regards to its grade and at what price point would it fetch per barrel after cost ?
Apologies if this already answered but there appears this hasn't been much conversation about the grade of the oil and its impact on the discovery etc
