Yes all the Cuban refinery's can take the 19Api thats what AP stated .. majority of crude oil produced worldwide falls in the range of 20-45Api ...... 19Api pretty close and of course we haven't seen in the much larger looking deeper hotter higher pressured traps ... Biggest positive for me was the fact getting 19Api in the upper must surely bode well for the deeper lower traps of Billions bbls oil now ... and as we know the prospective resource was worked on Heavy sour crude recoveries locally 11-12Api @ 5% recoverable... higher the APi must surely give better recoverable factors along with low water content ... 10-20% ??
