Here is some analysis I got on my podcast today from an international investment advisor, which plotted the small companies index over time vs large earnings multiple spread.
Usually it runs historically 1 standard deviation ahead, due to obviously higher risk. At the moment larger companies are 3 standard deviations in earnings multiples than small caps.enjoy.
