This, in and of itself won't, but, if this is indicative of more fields further east of similar nature, it goes a long way towards eliminating their dependence on Russia. My over-arching point is once / if that nexus is broken then why would the US seek to remain punitive (i.e go hard on H-B). It doesn't serve any strategic interest of the US to do so (in fact it is actually actively working against their strategic interests), hence people stressing about potential H-B need to (probabilistically) relax.
