Some common knowhow here, if this works out money speaks, I mean OIL speaks. A mega oil find, countries will be talking about options to directly or indirectly join in. The world needs oil, lots of it for decades to come.
What do we have on our side, 21st century technology. Similar to the mega slag heaps being reprocessed for all the gold they let though to the dump heaps Millions of tons of dirt with gold.
