Tax/PSC system:8-year tax holiday for first 8 years (now largely irrelevant given award was for 25 years in late 2015) with a corporate and corporate tax rate of 15%. The PSC terms remain confidential but are viewed as favourable compared to many other jurisdictions on the split and costs may be recovered as a priority from initial production.
