That doesn't really fit with why ap would borrow money to buy yet more shares on top of his prior 230mill , or why sonangol would willingly come back to Alameda to voluntarily part with 70pc of the costs.
But apart from that... Makes sense.
Oh and apart from why everyone has got their hands up for shares rather than cash.
