They have paid 13m from last quarter, the balance due this quarter plus what has been spent this quarter adds up to 31m .
There is a difference difference between outstanding and due?

I see you think adx can make a 100k USD per week revenue from 50 PC of 100 bopd in Austria.. Can you help me with that one? I like them but come on.
