    Genuinely mind boggling management this. I can see why the conspiracy theorists get free reign on this stock with decisions that make 0 sense. Even in the case of bad news, if they'd told us about a 4 week delay 3 weeks ago it wouldn't have damaged the SP as much as shutting up shop completely.
