    Ha ha. You are far far to kind. India is one of the most corrupt democracies in the quasi developed world. Scored a generous 39 out of 100 (0 being Highly Corrupt and 100 being very clean), and by saying they don't like to say no to people, I would use another word, and I know what I’m talking about.
