    Current DFS on hand cost in excess of $20 million (back in the day)

    Buy said DFS outright or JV for less than $20 million

    Save time and money..BJ you had a chance to offload in double digits so please don’t try and insult our intelligence..it’s blatantly clear what your prerogatives are
