    I wonder what Moealara thinks AUQ's chance to "bid highest" on that criteria basis, is against this lot ?

    Aditya Birla Group, Vedanta (both from India),
    Norinco (China),
    Ivanhoe Electric (US),
    Moxico Resources (UK),
    Alara Resources (Australia),
    AMAK and Ma'aden Group (both from Saudi Arabia).
