it's a reasonable guess for an unknown 'mining' company with little market sentiment in its favour - it's not always about copper prices. If AUQ could establish a reputation as miners then there could be improvements.
Just had a quick look at the posted bidders for Saudi deal (assuming it's correct) - they all look like chancers. There's not a single international 'name' among them. I'd guess the majors just don't want to get involved with Saudi Arabia, and who could blame them?
