Essentially it'll come down to who is willing to bid the most, or who has the best government "contacts".
Don't think DFS is a trump card by any means. I feel we are long odds given the competition and our track record on developing Oman project in a timely and efficient manner - i.e. we don't have the "runs on the board" compared to the other bidders, JV or no JV.
