    Very good news. It’s great to see the regional relationships that these guys have been working on over the years being used productively.

    No way we would have come close to 51% arrangement with any of the other 7 bidders. Looking forward to seeing the submission in a couple of weeks.

    We’ve got a great shot at this folks.
