I would not support these actions.
Shareholder engagement seems pointless, I would rather the stock move based on fundamentals by those close to the operation and/or those of us who have been here for years. Promoting the company can lead to wild swings in SP as emotional short term traders look for gains.
The management seem competent in capital allocation and therefore dividends not really required at this point in time.
