based on what you guessed $250 million dollars because that seems very high for an exploration license where nobody has produced a jorc resource study apart from Alara, even Maaden when they had the land in 2000s they gave it back to government citing that it is not economically feasible, of course they regret it now but still $250 is alot in my opinion.
