    i do. Just to answer some of the questions that was raised here. The Auction doesn’t have to go on for three days it can finish today if one party bids higher and others don’t match. How it works is the ministry will start with a number and asks the participants if they agree to pay that then the ministry will proceed to increase the number and asks again that process will repeat until there is only one company that accepts the price and other 2 folds
