kind of feel this is playing into the scenario I thought of ....
step 1. announce there is a final party in discussions
step 2. announce progress of bidder nego.
-- hope for SP increase on a little fomo--
step 3. TH comes out
step 4. CR is triggered
step 5. deal is announced or not
I hope I am wrong and we get a deal, do not need a CR
kind of feel this is playing into the scenario I thought of...
