The spin continues, DW has left the biggest "we never said there was deal" clause possible in his announcement.

I would have liked to have seen some more detail around how many bidders we actually had, were they big hitters tier one or mid range, is the one we are left with a tier one major, or a bit player, why we chose just one to move forward with, and when can we expect an announcement of a deal.

It reads to me like it could go, we didn't like the deal with the one bidder, there is no farmout, we need to raise funds again. I hope i'm wrong but DW and crew seem very adept at delivering very poor news.
