I wasn't having a go, I was merely making the observation that many juniors and ipos struggle at the best of times. There is certainly increased risk at this end of the market and investors / speculators need to keep this in mind when allocating some of their hard earned money to companies like RGL.

So, they raised $6.1m and listed just over one year ago.
This was the guide to expenditure in the prospectus:

Now I should also say that my back of envelope calculations above using LR 7.1 and 7.1A apply only if shareholder approval is not obtained. Given the AGM is to be held in nine days, I guess they could obtain approval then ... currently only five items are listed, none of which relate to a large issue of shares.

Anyway, we will know the issue price and amount of shares to be issued in the next thirty minutes ... actually there goes my SMS alert right now
