Well there's been committed buying, personally I feel there's no good reason to buy and it's a last ditch effort by big holders to stoke some interest only to dump what they have before this stock fails - RTD has no cash to drill and you can't explore without drilling.
but that's just me. the bright side is that it's a lot better price to exit than a month ago.
