yep, that’s the thing it was a research facility - for anyone to be there.

As I understand it there was stage 1 that was going to be 1(or 3 units??)  of ceto6 then stage 2 that was 20mw a small scale commercial project then a stage 3 expansion to 100mw or by a Further 100mw (as I read it) to take it to a 120mw facility. I am sure that other players however big or small will utilize Albany for stand alone research or research that will help the CCE project.  Question is who is left in wave that is commercially viable in next 1-2yrs?
