Getting sustainable funding by achievingg commercial milestones has always been in CCEs control.
Not being very good at it doesn't mean they don't have the ability to control it.
Im gobsmacked they think announcing the submission is good enough! Surely continuous disclosure requires details of their business caee irrespective of whether the govt accepts it.
