The announcement does meet the requirements of continuous disclosure as CCE was  required to submit their funding plan by 15th February.

In my opinion, the funding would have been provided as commercial in confidence and it would be inappropriate to disclose the details until such time as their proposed funding has been agreed by the WA government.

My expectation, unless more details are leaked to The West Australian news paper which is more than likely I would expect that a decision is likely to be announced in about two weeks time.
