LTR are a decade off and multiple billion dollars off getting to the pinnacle a "lithium hydroxide plant" (mentioned in annual report)

WES joint venture with SQM "https://www.covalentlithium.com/refinery" is still 2 years away even with all the resources and cash available of both organisations.

LTR BOD obviously believed $3 was a fair price to sell which in reality means "above market"
I believe the price will absolutely tank, ALB withdrawal, share dilution for future funding, GR factor and ALB wanting to sell their 4% stake.
I would think that the BOD and GR relationship would be a bit frosty and I would expect multiple board changes over the next little while.
I also believe GR knew she was going to pay above and was prepared to do so for 19% share. Her next purchase will be at a significantly less share price bringing down her average considerably ! I believe GR will acquire LTR over a very very very long and painful period for shareholders.
