Explain to me please how she does this as I must be a bit simple?
The only way I see she achieves what you say is if the BoD don't execute well (including funding, commencement deadline and ramp execution) or the lithium market tanks. I can't see how she sabotages the project through some nefarious means.
I cannot see Tim Goyder down on one knee begging Gina to please take this company off him. Gina needs Tim on board for a takeover. Explain to me how she executes this plan please?
