Yes, Hancock is maxed out as far as buying Liontown on-market stock goes unless it wants to make a takeover offer, but it could tip into an equity raising and take up the equivalent of its 19.9 per cent stake.It has said in its brief statements that it “welcomes the opportunity to participate in the Kathleen Valley project as a shareholder”, but has stressed how hard and risky delivering projects can be, particularly in a high-inflation environment. You would think its next ask is a board seat.
